Excellent staff/new facility

I have four dogs, two large breed and two small breed. Yesterday I accidently gave my two small dogs accidental overdoses of heartworm medicine meant for my two large breed dogs. After realizing what I had done I immediately called the Madison/Mayodan Animal Clinic and told Kim, the receptionist what I had done. She instantly told Dr. McKinlay and he called the poison hotline and through Kim I was directed to give them an effective antidote. There is no doubt both of my precious would have been lost if it was not for their fast actions… however, there concern did not end there. I received follow up calls from them inquiring how my “babies” were doing. On top of all that, because my dogs have micro-chip IDs they told me how to get a refund for those charges ($65 poison hotline call)! Please accept this is my highest possible endorsement for this animal clinic and most professional and caring staff.
